A MESSAGE FROM OUR GENERAL MANAGER
Bringing you Arabia,
with love

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful start to 2018–we certainly have!

We are super excited to bring you Issue 5 of our quarterly newsletter as it comes along with a piece of truly exciting news: We have been nominated as the Middle East’s Leading Destination Management Company at the prestigious World Travel Awards.

Along with our unwavering commitment to product and service excellence, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you, our partners and clients, for helping us strengthen our reputation in the global industry – just to be nominated is a great achievement, but of course it would be lovely to win!

We would like to ask your support in our bid to win the World Travel Awards by voting for us here. Voting is only until the 18th of March. We thank you in advance for clicking on the link and making your vote count.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my team for all their hard work, dedication and passion, as without them, it would be impossible for us to be nominated in the first place.

Aside from the passion and dedication that goes into our craft, we also owe much of our achievements to our destinations that continue to reinvent their tourism landscapes. The inward investment that the destination has received has been phenomenal.

Arabia never fails to amaze us with new and remarkable attractions that defy world standards. Some examples: Ras Al Khaimah has recently launched the longest zipline on the planet and Dubai has inaugurated its new iconic landmark, the Dubai Frame. Another welcome addition to the UAE's cultural landscape is the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Jean Nouvel-designed museum with a facade that is equally as impressive as the art inside. Oman’s state-of-the-art airport is all set to open on the 20th of March, along with several new hotels due to open this year.

In the middle of these seemingly non-stop developments, we still find ourselves completely enamoured by our all-time favourite spot: The Desert —which is this month’s key feature. This February, learn more about how the desert dunes easily become an extraordinary place for groups, and join us in savouring the magic that the desert brings for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.

Happy reading!

Warmest regards
from the land of the sand,
